Many of the patterns we struggle with today began as ways to cope, protect ourselves, or stay connected. Over time, these patterns can begin to feel less like protection and more like anxiety, overthinking, emotional reactivity, self-criticism, relationship stress, disconnection, or a sense that you are not fully yourself.

Life transitions — including changes in relationships, identity, motherhood, midlife, or the body — can bring these patterns closer to the surface, leaving you feeling overwhelmed, tender, or unsure how to move forward.

This is a space to slow down, feel supported, and begin understanding what you have been carrying — in your thoughts, emotions, body, and relationships.

Therapy with me is a place where you do not have to perform,explain everything perfectly, or have it all figured out before you begin. You can come as you are — clear or confused, hopeful or unsure. My role is to meet you with warmth, honesty, and care, while helping you slow things down enough to understand what is happening inside.
