Therapy with me is a place where you do not have to perform,explain everything perfectly, or have it all figured out before you begin. You can come as you are — clear or confused, hopeful or unsure. My role is to meet you with warmth, honesty, and care, while helping you slow things down enough to understand what is happening inside.
Therapy can offer support, but it can also create movement. Together, we connect what you understand logically with what you feel emotionally and physically — making room to notice your patterns, support your nervous system, and practice new ways of relating to yourself and your life.
You are not a problem to fix. You are a whole person with a history, strengths, relationships, values, and hopes for your life. All of you is welcome here.
