My Therapy Approach

Therapy is not only about understanding why you feel the way you do. It is also about creating meaningful change in how you experience yourself, your relationships, and your daily life.

Many people come to therapy already understanding things logically, yet their reactions still feel stronger than they want them to be. My work helps you slow down, understand why those reactions happen, and gently work with the patterns held in your thoughts, emotions, body, and relationships.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based therapy. I work from the belief that you are not broken — and that many of the patterns you want to change once developed for a reason. They may have helped you cope, protect yourself, stay connected, or get through something difficult. But what once helped you survive or adapt may now be leaving you feeling anxious, reactive, disconnected, or stuck. Together, we make space to understand these patterns with compassion while building new ways of responding with greater clarity, steadiness, and self-trust.

My work integrates:
• evidence-based therapy
• attachment-focused work
• EMDR-informed work
• parts work
• somatic practices
• nervous system regulation

When working with couples, I also draw from relationship-focused tools, including the Gottman Method, to support clearer communication, repair, and a more secure connection.

My goal is to offer more than coping strategies. Therapy can become a space where you feel deeply supported while creating change that feels grounded, meaningful, and able to hold in real life.

All services are available in person or through secure telehealth for residents of Florida.

Individual Therapy

Come Home to Yourself
Individual therapy is a supportive space to slow down, feel heard, and make sense of what what you have been carrying. Together, we explore the patterns, emotions, body responses, and life experiences that may be leaving you feeling disconnected, overwhelmed, reactive, or unsure of yourself.

Our work focuses on helping you soften inner pressure, understand what is happening beneath the surface, and build a steadier, more compassionate relationship with yourself.

Common areas of focus include:
• anxiety, overwhelm, and emotional reactivity
• painful past experiences or trauma that still shape how you feel, relate, or respond
• burnout, perfectionism, and people-pleasing
• motherhood, perimenopause, midlife, and identity shifts
• relationship patterns, boundaries, and communication
• shame, inner criticism, body image, and self-worth

Each session offers space to understand the patterns that keep showing up and begin practicing new ways of relating to yourself, your emotions, and your life.
Let’s Begin

Couples Therapy

From Conflict to Connection

Relationships can be a source of comfort, belonging, and strength — but they can also bring old hurts, protective patterns, and painful cycles to the surface.

Couples therapy offers a space to slow down what keeps happening between you, understand the deeper needs and emotions underneath conflict, and begin rebuilding safety, trust, and connection.

Together, we look at the patterns that leave you feeling unheard, distant, reactive, or stuck. Using an attachment-informed lens, Gottman Method principles, and guided conversations, we work toward clearer communication, meaningful repair, and a more secure connection.

Couples therapy can help with:
•  recurring arguments or conversations that go in circles
• feeling unheard, misunderstood, or emotionally alone in the relationship
• hurt, disappointment, or difficulty rebuilding trust
• stress from parenting, family responsibilities, or major life changes
• trouble repairing after conflict or finding your way back to each other

Women’s Groups & Circles

Healing in Community.
Growth Through Connection.

There is something deeply transformative about being in a space where you can feel seen, supported, and reminded that you are not alone.

My groups and women’s circles offer a warm, reflective space for conversation, self-discovery, and meaningful growth. Together, we explore the patterns, pressures, and inner stories that shape how you relate to yourself, your body, your relationships, and the season of life you are in.

Themes may include:
body image and your relationship with yourself
boundaries, self-trust, and inner clarity
body awareness, grounding, and emotional regulation
shame, self-judgment, and inner criticism
• identity shifts during motherhood, midlife, and other life transitions
• reconnecting with joy, creativity, and purpose

New circles open throughout the year. Add your name to be notified when the next group becomes available.
