My Therapy Approach

Therapy is not about fixing what's broken, it's about reconnecting with what's already wise, strong, and whole within you. My approach is grounded in respect, curiosity, and compassion. You set the pace; I bring presence, skill, and perspective.

Together, we’ll explore the patterns and experiences that shape how you think, feel, and relate, while gently opening space for growth, healing, and new possibilities.

I draw from a thoughtful blend of evidence-based and integrative practices to support your mind, body, and relationships:
• CBT to help shift unhelpful patterns and build awareness
Mindfulness and somatic tools to support regulation, presence, and calm
Attachment-based and relational perspective to strengthen connection and secure attachment
• Gottman Method to help couples communicate more clearly, navigate challenges, and deepen their relationship
Creative approaches like imagery, journaling, and metaphor to spark insight and change

My goal is to offer more than coping strategies. Together we’ll build a space where you feel grounded, supported, and empowered to show up fully in your life. All services are available in person or through secure telehealth for residents of Florida.

“The privilege of a lifetime is to become who you truly are.”
- Carl Jung

Individual Therapy

Come Home to Yourself
In a calm, supportive space, we’ll slow down and explore what’s weighing on you, gently reconnecting you with your strengths, values, and inner clarity.

My work is person-centered, led by your pace and your hopes for change.

Common themes include:
• Anxiety and overwhelm
• Burnout, stress, and perfectionism
• Life transitions and identity shifts
• Parenthood and emotional load
• Relationship patterns and boundaries
• Self-worth, shame, and inner criticism
• Body image and self-acceptance

I have a special passion for supporting women in their late 30s and 40s who are navigating body image, diet culture, life-transitions, and the search for deeper self-acceptance

Couples Therapy

From Conflict to Connection

Relationships can be our greatest source of strength and sometimes, our greatest struggle. When things feel distant, strained, or uncertain, couples therapy offers a space to slow down, reconnect, and rebuild what matters most.

Together, we’ll create a supportive environment where each partner feels understood, valued, and supported. Using evidence-based tools and guided conversations, we’ll strengthen emotional intimacy, trust, and communication, so you can move forward with greater clarity and connection.

Couples therapy can support you in:
• Communicating more openly and effectively
• Navigating conflict in healthier, more constructive ways
• Rebuilding trust through honesty and presence
• Deepening emotional closeness and shared purpose
• Creating a more secure, connected partnership

Group Therapy

Healing in Community. Empowerment in Connection.

There’s something deeply transformative about connecting with others in a space of honesty, shared experience, and mutual support. In my groups-whether women’s circles or themed process groups—you’ll find a welcoming space for reflection, real connection, and meaningful growth.

Themes we explore:
Body image and self-relationship
Boundaries and self-trust
Nervous system care and emotional regulation
Releasing shame and self-judgment
Redefining identity during life transitions
Reclaiming joy, creativity, and purpose
