• ACT to cultivate psychological flexibility- learning to accept what’s outside your control while taking action toward what truly matters
• Mindfulness and somatic tools to support regulation, presence, and calm
• Attachment-based and relational perspectives to strengthen connection and security
• Gottman Method to help couples communicate more clearly, navigate challenges, and deepen their relationship
• Creative approaches like imagery, journaling, and metaphor to spark insight and change
