There is something powerful that happens when women gather without roles, expectations, or the need to have it all together.
Each circle is gently guided and thoughtfully held. We slow the pace, step out of “doing” mode, and create space to notice what’s happening beneath the surface: in thoughts, emotions, and the body.
Through guided reflection, simple embodied practices, and optional sharing, old patterns begin to soften and inner clarity grows. There is no pressure to speak or perform. Presence is enough.
Over time, many women experience more emotional ease, greater self-trust, and a quieter relationship with themselves, changes that continue beyond the circle.
These circles are psychology-informed, gently structured, and intentionally paced. Rather than pushing for change, they create the conditions for it - through awareness, embodied experience, and meaningful connection.
Depth without pressure.
Insight that integrates.
Change that unfolds naturally.

Hi, I’m Galia, a therapist (RMHCI) with over 20 years of experience in psychology and counseling.
My work integrates evidence-based psychology, nervous system awareness, and mindful facilitation. I began my career in attachment-based research and family work, and later felt called to create group spaces for women navigating inner pressure, transition, and change.
In circles, I offer calm guidance and gentle structure, creating conditions where women can slow down, reconnect with themselves, and experience meaningful inner shifts at their own pace.
